Refunds are only applicable to eligible services and must comply with the conditions outlined below. By purchasing any service from Univhost, you agree to this Refund Policy. Refunds are applicable only to shared hosting plans. Refund requests must be submitted within the refund eligibility period, if applicable. Refunds are not applicable for services that have been misused, abused, or violated our Terms of Service.
The following services are strictly non-refundable: Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers VPS servers, dedicated servers, and cloud hosting Setup fees, installation charges, and add-on services License fees and third-party software costs Renewal payments for any service.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to abuse, illegal activity, policy violations, or non-compliance with our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first will result in immediate account suspension. Refunds will not be processed for accounts involved in chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.
Customers may cancel services at any time through the client area. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund unless stated otherwise.
Univhost reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
